Roti with Soya Chunks Gravy(Mealmaker)

Ingredients:

1.soya-15 nos
2.Onion -1 medium(chopped)
3.Tomato-1 medium(chopped)
4.Dhanya Powder-2 tspn
5.Turmuric Powder-a pinch
6.Graram Masala Powder-3 tspn
7.Ginger&Garlic Paste-2spns
8.Chilli Powder-2tspn

Method:

* Pressure cook the soya chunks(1 whistle)

* Heat oil in kadai and add onion chopped,tomato chopped,ginger and garlic paste and saute well till oil cmes out.

* Now add all the Powder, salt and saute well

* Add the soya chunks and let it simmer for abt 5 min

* When the gravy thickens bring down and garnish with coriander leaves .



 Gujarati Dhaal and Rice

Ingredients:

1. Thuvar dhaal-1/2 cup
2. Ginger and Garlic chopped-2 tspn
3.Turmuric Powder-1 tspn
4.Chilli Powder-1 tspn
5.Jaggerry- 1 tbspn
6.Cumin seeds-1tspn
7.Cinnamon stick- 1 inch long
8.Onion chopped-1 tspn
9.Tomato chopped-1 tspn

Method:

* Cook dhall in pressure cooker with turmeric,chili powder.

* Heat oil in kadai and splutter mustard,cinamon stick,cumin seeds,ginger and garlic chopped,onion chopped,tomato chopped and saute well..

* Once done pour in the cokked dhall,jaggerry and let it simmer for another 5 min ,add salt and bring down.

* Garnish with Coriander leaves...
